COVID-19 Update:
Veterinary Services are classed as essential and we will continue to provide care for your pets throughout the various restrictions.
We have put a number of measures in place to ensure that we are able to remain open. We ask that you use the hand sanitiser on arrival and after each time you touch your face and phone. Any one with ANY signs of cold, flu or COVID is asked NOT to come inside and we will come outside to you. Please call from the carpark to let us know you are here.
We are still operating our after-hours services as per normal. If a staff member contracts COVID-19 all services will be ceased for the 14-day quarantine as our staff work in close quarters. Please respect our desire to stay open and observe all sanitary measures and staff directions.

A big part of our local community
The Pambula Vet Clinic has been an integral part of our local community for years. In that time, we’ve helped thousands of our clients cats & dogs, rabbits & guinea pigs, birds, horses and even a few snakes. Being so strongly integrated with our local community is important to us and our clients. Our customers know by experience that they can rely on us for sound advice and treatment options and that their pet is in the very best hands with our team.
Ticks
Paralysis Ticks are a significant problem around the Pambula and Eden regions. We see too many cases and we do not want your dog or cat to be one of them. Please use a suitable tick preventative regularly and perform twice daily checks on your pet. Please see our Flea and Tick Control page for more information.
We take a special approach, with total healthcare solutions in mind. So take a moment to meet our team and our own pets. We look forward to seeing you and your pet again at the next scheduled visit.
